Can I wait and purchase my Festival Admission Tickets at the festival entrance on the day I’d like to attend?
· We will not have a Festival Admission Ticket sales booth at the festival entrance this year.
· All tickets will be sold online instead via our Ticket Page.
· Please click on the TICKETS tab above to purchase Festival Admission tickets.
· Having said that, and pending availability, you can wait and purchase your tickets on the event date or even once you arrive at Regatta Park – but you will need to complete the transaction on your phone or mobile device.
o Then, like all Festival attendees, you will need to show your e-ticket(s) on your mobile device to our Festival Representatives at the Festival entrance to be scanned in for access into the Festival.
Does the festival offer any refunds?
There are NO REFUNDS for admission tickets.
Does the admission ticket include rides?
Your admission ticket INCLUDES unlimited carnival rides for all PAID attendees.
(Babies & Toddlers under 36 months old with a FREE admission ticket will not be able to ride the carnival rides.)
Will I be able to leave and come back into the festival for free?
Re-entry on the SAME DAY is permitted at the Pumpkin Patch Festival.
Can I bring my dog to the festival?
We apologize, but for the safety of the children, attendees & pumpkins there are NO PETS ALLOWED at the Pumpkin Patch Festival.
Can I bring my own food and drinks into the festival?
No outside food or drink is allowed into the event space.
Will there be an ATM on the festival grounds?
No, we will be operating as a cashless festival this year. We will accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Can I bring my bike into the festival?
No bikes will be allowed in the festival, and we will not have dedicated bike parking.
